Sensitivity Analysis

Defintion

A method to evaluate how changing a specific model variable can change the model's output. Sensitivity Analysis is essentially a form of quantitative risk assessment that helps project managers understand which task variables (such as cost, duration, etc.) have the biggest impact on key project metrics.
